Mediator

Liliya Dragoeva has a barchelor degree in Indology and Political science, who graduated Sofia University “St. Clement of Ohrid”. She also holds a master degree in sociology, graduated in the University of National and World Economy.

Liliya Dragoeva is a qualified mediator after the successful completion a mediation course in accordance with Bulgaria’s regulatory requirements with the Professional Association of Mediators in Bulgaria.
She has over 15 years of experience in the civil sector and non-formal education and over 10 years of experience in the preparation of projects for European, state and international funding for individuals and legal entities, including in the field of culture and art.

She also has five years experience as a social researcher and analyst.

Liliya Dragoeva is a founder and a member of the Board of Trustees of the Policy and Legislation Monitoring Foundation, and the Executive Director of ‘Bilitis Resource Center’ Foundation, and a Secretary of the Board of Directors of the European Pride Organizers Association (EPOA).

Her main interests focus on migration and integration, education, civil society and gender studies. She is passionate about social justice issues, youth empowerment and civic education.
