Martin Kostov is a lawyer specializing in civil, commercial, and administrative law, registered with the Sofia Bar Association. He possesses extensive experience in procedural representation before courts and various state bodies, as well as in conducting negotiations and reaching agreements. He holds a Master’s degree in Law from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski,” graduating in 2014.
Prior to this, he studied at the “Knyaz Simeon Tarnovski” Commercial High School in Stara Zagora, where he obtained a diploma in a program specializing in “Economics, Management, and Finance of Trade.” The acquired knowledge in the field of accounting and economics is applied in commercial law cases in his legal practice. During his studies at the Faculty of Law, he gained many practical skills and experience, working in the office of one of the largest private enforcement agents in the country, and then in law firms.
Since 2016, in his legal practice, he has acquired in-depth knowledge in conducting negotiations, reaching agreements, and procedural representation in civil and commercial disputes before the courts. In 2020, he successfully completed a postgraduate qualification course on arbitration proceedings at the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, as well as other postgraduate qualification courses in various areas of civil and commercial law.
In his legal practice, he has extensive experience as a procedural representative in various commercial, civil, and administrative cases.
